All orders ship from California within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Custom and made-to-order apparel may need an extra 3–7 business days.US Standard: Free on orders over $50. Otherwise rates start at $4.50 and depend on order weight.

US Expedited: Express option, with the rate and delivery date shown at checkout.
International: We ship to over 100 countries with USPS, UPS and DHL. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, email us at hello@plantscouts.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Delivery may take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
